If less than the order amount of bottles are sent back, a prorated refund is to be processed. GHR Platinum Reward Customers may skip, delay or cancel automatic shipments, however, this must be done before the next shipment is sent. Once an auto shipment is shipped, the order is non-refundable. Money Back Guarantee is canceled on all reorders. Returns without a return authorization number will not receive a refund.
